Administration Assistant

Are you skilled in organisation and planning, with a desire to make a positive impact on Stirling's local third sector? Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. SVE is the partnership and development agency for the third sector in Stirling. As the local third sector interface we are a membership organisation of locally based charities, social enterprises and volunteer-led community organisations. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing paperwork, maintaining office facilities, organising meetings, taking minutes, and providing excellent customer service. While prior experience is advantageous, we're committed to providing training and support to help you thrive in this role. SVE have a generous benefits package including 40 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays and mandatory shut down period over Christmas/ New Year), employee pension scheme with SVE contributing 6% of qualifying salary and enhanced family leave policies. Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) is Stirling's local third sector interface (TSI). TSI's exist to build empowered communities with a thriving third sector, which consists of community groups, voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises. SVE provides services, aimed to build third sector capacity, structured around the themes of third sector excellence and resilience, social innovation, volunteering, community development and third sector involvement in community planning and decision making.
