Full Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in team management, bartending, hotel operations and possess strong leadership skills. Live in accommodation is provided with no additional cost. The Inn at Loch Tummel is in one of the most beautiful parts of the world., Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise staff in various departments including bartending, kitchen, and front of house
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Help in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Support the General Manager in administrative tasks

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,

  • Bar management: 1 year (required)

  • Hospitality: 5 years (required)
