Customer Sales Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Aspire Industrial Services provides Personal Protective Equipment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, Branded Uniforms and Consumables to both the public and private sector. We have an open trade counter in Hillington where this role is based.

Responsibilities include

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking and re merchandising our trade counter.
• Assist in processing customer orders
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilise strong IT skills to navigate our customer service software and systems.
• Demonstrate attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Element of warehouse support

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Merchandising experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

The role is based on a flexible 30 hour contract but can flex up to 40 hours during peak periods. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3..30pm
