Due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a Driver to join our Parts team.

You will deliver parts in response to customer orders and assist in the promotion of parts sales and identify new market opportunities.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4pm and the salary is £12 per hour + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:

• Deliver parts according to the routine delivery schedules and in response to ad hoc requests, ensuring that all deliveries are made by agreed times.
• Maintain a record of all sales
• Organise delivery schedules
• Maximise parts sales and be aware of new business opportunities
• Handle customer enquiries swiftly, courteously and efficiently
• Collect parts from other suppliers when necessary

To be effective in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a driving role
• Good geographical knowledge of Scotland
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Basic computer literacy skills

A Driving licence is essential for this role.

Previous experience of working in a Stores or Parts environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
