Full Job Description

  • you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey by nurturing a personal connection with our guests, recognising all our guests and treating them as individuals.

  • you will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.

  • You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel's policies.

    Have great communication skills

  • Have a friendly & professional service style

  • Be a problem solver with a can-do attitude

  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently

  • Be motivated, positive and eager to learn

  • Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise

  • Have good IT skills

  • Ideally have experience in a guest service environment, Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

    The Resident is currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join their new team in Edinburgh!
