Production Butcher

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products to meet customer specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations and excellent knife skills. We are regarded as one of the very best UK butchers operating to the highest standards ., Prepare and and make sausages , burgers and manufactured products
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations

Previous experience as a Butcher making sausages and manufactured products
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in various cutting techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and production processes,

• Sausage making and butchery: 3 years (required)
