Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business partner to join our growing people and wellbeing team. The Senior HR Business Partner lead on the the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused and efficient People Business Partnering to the University. The post holder will provide specialist HR support and guidance and will manage the HR team. This role will also involve leading the operational delivery of escalated employee relations case management issues. You will be involved in developing strong relationships with stakeholders and support the management of organisational change projects.

  • Experienced in leading and managing a team of HR professionals/business partners.

  • Change management experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience in working with Trade Unions

  • The ability to develop strong partnerships and work collaboratively.
