Self- Employed Estate Agent

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Prepare and present offers to clients
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clients
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage paperwork, contracts, and client information
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools for listing management and market analysis
