Full Job Description

As the Senior Nurse you will use your clinical leadership skills, knowledge and professional judgement to ensure our residents health and wellbeing needs are met. You will work closely with the Care Home manager and staff team to provide the highest level of person-centred care to our residents.

Your key responsibilities are:

- ensuring the highest level of care is given to our residents

- carrying out assessments and planning, implementing and regularly evaluating person centred care plans

- providing nursing care, administer medication and oversee medication management in accordance with Parklands procedures and NMC guidelines

- provide clinical guidance and clinical supervision to the registered nurses

- promote a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and continuous

learning among the staff team.

- carry out clinical supervision

- carry out audits as part of Parklands quality assurance systems and process

a qualification as a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

-minimum of 3 years post registration experience

- good team working skills

- knowledge of the Health and Social Care standards

- sound knowledge of English and be computer literature

- the right to live and work in the UK
