Senior Sales Account Manager

To drive continued success across their North East of Scotland region, they are looking to attract a highly experienced managed print services sales professional with a successful track record of winning new accounts and developing an existing portfolio of clients.

The successful applicant will assume responsibility for:

• Developing and delivering a new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the region


• Creating and delivering an account development plan, aimed at cross-selling, upselling, and retention within an existing client portfolio


• Research, consult, scope, and advise on how to improve the MPS environment and performance versus cost in each client account


• Deliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achieved and successfully manage the entire sales process to a close


• Maintain an accurate record of existing and prospective client activity by effectively updating the company CRM


• Liaise with relevant vendors to ensure all development opportunities are maximised


• Schedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferences
  
  Extensive experience gained selling Managed Print Services or associated Workplace Technology Solutions to SME & Enterprise clients in the region


• Highly experienced in winning new business and delivering against account development plans and roadmaps


• A consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a 'purpose built' and bespoke solution


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholders


• Strong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skills


• A positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for success
