Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Probate Senior Case Manager who can be the driving force behind our company to ensure we achieve the best result for our clients.

Job Role The successful candidate will be instrumental to the development of the department and manage their own caseload.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships.Review and approve estate accounts.Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation.

Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure.

Manage an independent case load.To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals.Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case.

Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.

Skills and attributes SRA qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate Probate Fee Earner with at least 4 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.

Minimum of 4+ years of running a probate caseload.Utilise and maintain case management system Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.

Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
