Full Job Description
- Support Project Coordinators to achieve project sign off
- Assist team with reviewing and issuing technical submittals and specification sign off
- Undertaking final review and check of approved schedules of quantities and drawings prior to the Projects Coordinator placing orders in the factory
- Break down approved schedules into factory orders
- Ensure that orders are prepared in compliance with current UK Building Regulations
- Ensure all order numbers and 'call offs' are received and invoice values and margins are correct
- Assist Project Coordinators with programmes, milestones and ensure deadlines are met
- Quote and order replacement parts, glazing and small orders etc for live sites where required
- When required assist Project Coordinators with the procurement of main project
- Support Project Coordinators with general day-to-day management on projects
- General administration tasks in office to support the Project Coordinators e.g. collating and printing drawings and keeping document control on drawings up to date
- Procuring materials and services from the UK supply chain and factories
A relevant construction/architecture qualification or industry experience (_desirable)_ - Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to function independently and part of a team
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Project Co-ordinators through the project management and procurement stages of the business, as well as quoting, ordering and managing smaller orders.
£24,000 - £26,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time
