Location: Perth, Scotland

Duration: Temporary with possibility of going permanent

Hours and Days: Work on a rotational shift pattern (between 8am and 8pm)

Main Responsibilities:

Understand the customer demand and direct the customers to the correct area
Direct calls to the correct area of the business
Enhance customer experience
Being precise and professional to represent the company

Main Skills Required:

Excellent communication and customer service
Empathy and to keep conversation on track
Ability to utilise the systems
Quality and large quantity work produced
Proactiveness in helping the team
Take an average of 100 calls a day
