You will be working for a market leading FM contractor based in Aberdeen.
Your new role

Undertake low-risk ground and building maintenance tasks.
Ensure upkeep of the facility.
Collaborate with the team to maintain the site.
Identifying and proposing innovations to improve service delivery.
Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
Delivery of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.

What you'll need to succeed

Joinery background.
Solid maintenance experience.
Understanding of asset management.
Familiarity with planned and reactive maintenance.
Excellent communication skills.
