AS&T Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as an Analytical Science and Technologies Analyst.

You will conducts non- routine Analytical Services for the site including :

• Analytical method transfers into Quality


• Analytical method evaluations and validation


• Method remediation


• Pharmacopoeial verification activities


• Troubleshooting and laboratory investigations, Evaluate the performance of analytical methods identifying continuous improvement opportunities


• Performs method development and validation testing to maintain and improve the compliance status of the analytical methods used in the Quality Control labs


• In conjunction with Quality Control analysts, perform the analytical method transfer testing required to successfully transfer analytical methods and techniques into the Quality Control labs


• Perform analytical method verification activities to ensure that analytical packages are available and maintained to demonstrate Pharmacopeial compliance


• Provide analytical support for the Technical Services and Manufacturing Science group to support manufacturing process development & validation


• Provide analytical troubleshooting support for investigations which require non routine / specialized services


• Comply with all company local and global policies including Quality frameworks, Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship, anti-discrimination, harassment and health, safety and environment (HSE) policies.


• Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity as may be determined by Company management.


Key Performance Indicators

• Successful method transfers to support commercial manufacturing requirements


• Compliant status of method validation and verification for all products


• Process development and validation fully supported


• Compliance with Quality Manual / standards
  
  HNC or Degree in Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering etc)


• Proven track record in the performance of a variety of analytical techniques especially HPLC and GC.


• Demonstrated experience in method development, method validation, troubleshooting and analytical technology transfer
