Full Job Description
- Greet customers attending the venue & ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver food & beverages to customers
- Process customer payments
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Assist with maintaining a high standard of organisation and cleanliness throughout the venue
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional & efficient manner
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service
Our Bar & Floor Team Members are the heart and soul of our venues and play an integral role in the customer experience. Whilst we would request previous experience in a hospitality or licensed trade position, we also encourage applications from outgoing individuals with a passion for delivering excellent service and who thrive within a fast paced environment., Essential: - Aged 18 or over
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Trustworthy with numeracy & cash handling skills
- Confident team player with a friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Enthusiasm for developing new & existing skills
- Previous hospitality and/or licensed trade experience
- Personal licence or good understanding of licensing laws
- Food Hygiene certificate or good understanding of food hygiene procedures
