Full Job Description

  • Ownership of customer ledgers, through the use of internal systems;

  • Checking delivery and advice notes against orders on system;

  • Processing high volumes of sales invoices accurately, on time and in full;

  • Compiling and distributing customer statements and invoices in line with company procedures;

  • Answering telephones and dealing with invoice queries;

  • Collation and analysis of customer management information;

  • Flexibility to adjust to ad-hoc challenges as required;

  • Opportunities to provide a variety of additional business support functions to our depot operational staff, for example IT support and system administration as you develop with us.

    Strong administrative ability and excellent attention to detail are a must;

  • Enthusiasm to work in a diverse and dynamic team;

  • Excellent all-round communicator;

  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload;

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;

  • Have a methodical approach to work, and able to problem solve using own initiative;

  • A working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential;

  • Confidence and willingness towards learning and using bespoke IT systems.
