Care Home Manager

As the new Home Manager, you will be in charge of the provision of care for 18 residents as well as being responsible for a small sized workforce. Your responsibilities will include the day to day operation of the Home and ensuring that all Company Policies and Procedures and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales and will have the skill and desire to lead the team to achieve high standards.

You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the regulatory frameworks that we operate within and hold a current NMC registration and a recognised management qualification or be working towards achieving.
