Charge Nurse

Are you a Specialist Nurse or Charge Nurse or experienced Nurse in another clinical area looking to use your transferable leadership skills in a dynamic specialist service? You may have renal experience and are ready to step into an established Charge Nurse Team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of change nurse within the Tayside Renal Service. The vacancy is a key clinical Leadership role, based within the Ninewells Renal Service the post holder will be expected to work across the entire Renal Service and participate in the established rotation programme.

Applicants should have previous post registration experience as a band 5 and be able to provide evidence of recent CPD activity and study at degree level or equivalent.

Clinical expertise, knowledge and practical experience in caring for patients with a chronic health condition is essential for these posts. We are looking for someone who can drive and can demonstrate they have both the leadership qualities and organisational skills to manage a clinical area and team of staff on a shift to shift basis.

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
