Full Job Description

Applications are invited for Clinical Fellow in Anaesthesia to work within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. These posts will be based at Inverclyde Royal Hospital.  These posts are from August 24 and we would welcome applications from the UK, EU and Non EU Doctors.

These posts will offer a balanced mixture of elective and emergency work. During the week the successful candidates will work in Theatre and their job plan will be structured according to their specific interests and departmental needs. The successful candidates will be encouraged to take part in teaching and audit and will also be required to participate in the out of hours rota. The department is committed to continuing education and training of all staff and encourage active participation in clinical governance.

You will be expected to have full GMC registration, a licence to practice and a minimum of 4 years (full time or equivalent) Postgraduate training, of which at least 2 years training must be within Anaesthesia.  Possession of the FRCA part 1 is desireable.
