Defined Benefit Administrator

Eden Scott's Client is currently seeking experienced Defined Benefit Administrator to work in there Glasgow office on a hybrid basis 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Our client is a well-established pension provider dedicated to providing a top -notch services to clients , the successful individual will be involved in the below day to day duties

Responsibilities

• Calculating and processing pension benefits accurately and efficiently
• Handling member queries and providing exceptional customer services
• Maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines and standards
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation in pension administration

Person Specification

• Previous experience in pension administration with a focus on defined benefits schemes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail an a commitment to accuracy
• Knowledge of pension legislation and regulations ( desirable)
