Join our team as a Digital Content & SEO Executive, where you'll be at the forefront of driving our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you'll take charge of content planning, brand development, and engaging global customers, while leading our international SEO growth strategy. Additionally, you'll oversee digital advertising across LinkedIn and Google Ads, aiming to maximize lead growth, drive business objectives, and enhance ROI. Main Responsibilities:

SEO/Content Creation

· Craft compelling digital content (website copy, blogs, etc.) optimized for SEO to increase PG Paper's visibility in key markets.

· Develop and execute on-page SEO and content strategies to drive business opportunities and lead generation.

· Effectively utilize SEO tools for international keyword research to inform content creation.

· Optimize website content for improved SEO and lead generation.

· Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

· Generate and review SEO reports, implementing necessary improvements.

· Research content marketing tactics for growth markets and products to shape content strategies.

· Provide insights to the Social Media Assistant based on research, overseeing content plans.

· Collaborate with business development to target lucrative customer demographics with tailored content.

· Develop company newsletters and key email communications.

Digital Advertising

· Conduct keyword and marketing research for effective digital marketing strategies.

· Manage Google ads optimizing performance for maximum ROI.

· Build targeted LinkedIn audiences and create engaging adverts to support key opportunities.

· Manage overall paid ad campaigns, including setup, tracking, and budget allocation.

· Monitor and analyse campaign metrics regularly for enhancements.

· Keep abreast of the latest digital advertising trends and best practices.

· Generate and analyse digital ad reports for actionable insights.

· Possess a professional marketing qualification or evidence of ongoing professional development.

· Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing or similar capacity.

· Demonstrated success in delivering SEO campaigns and driving lead generation across markets.

· Proficient in crafting compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts and articles.

· Skilled in SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic SEO, Screaming Frog, etc.

· Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and relevant ranking factors.

· Exceptional proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and written English.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and ability to adapt to new software.

· Experience in reporting and refining content strategies to meet business objectives.

· Track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

· Understanding of LinkedIn advertising, including audience building, content creation, and ROI reporting.

· Experience with Google ads, Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress.

· Strong communication skills to gather and convey insights to the wider team.

· Capable of independent work, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, adaptable within team dynamics.

· Able to autonomously manage projects from inception to completion.

· Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and managing a heavy workload.
