Full Job Description
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and providing leadership and guidance to the F&B team., Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalised service. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, and supervise F&B staff. Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure that team members perform at their best. Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure that adequate stock is available. Implement inventory control procedures to minimise waste and reduce costs.
- Ensure that food and beverage products meet the company's quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of F&B outlets to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of budgets and financial plans for the F&B department. Monitor expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive F&B sales. Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards, liquor licensing regulations, and food hygiene requirements.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food preparation, service standards, and beverage service.
- Understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial management principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred., Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
