Groundworks Estimator / QS

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial groundwork elements of bespoke developments, comprising of luxury apartments and large family homes.

Specific responsibilities will include measurement and preparation of tender packages, completing detailed analysis of tender returns, finalising contractual appointments, managing the commercial aspects of the construction phase, along with agreeing final accounts.

You should note that most of our developments have complex groundworks packages therefore the ability to understand technically challenging designs and construction is a prerequisite.

Preferably candidates should have a background in private development/house building, but we would also consider applications where previous experience has been gained within other construction disciplines.
