Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Coordinator to manage all guest interactions and property maintenance communications for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, be adept at handling complaints and stressful situations, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.,
- Manage all guest communications through online platforms and telephone.
- Handle maintenance requests efficiently and liaise with our contractor team to ensure all needs are met promptly.
- Respond to all guest reviews, identifying areas for improvement and updating our systems with actionable notes.
- Oversee the scheduling of cleaning services and maintain detailed records for specific properties.
- Ensure all processes and communications are streamlined and up-to-date
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. - Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with property management software, desired but not essential., drivers license & access to a vehicle for work (required)
