Full Job Description

· Heading up marketing & producing digital content

· Creating eye-catching marketing materials

· Bringing properties to the market quickly

· Ensuring our clients receive first class customer service

· Managing & scheduling our social media content & ads

· Filming & creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube

· Overseeing paid social media advertising & promotional campaigns

· Assisting with property viewings & collecting feedback

· Progressing property applications & maintaining accurate records

· Contributing at team meetings, reporting to Managing Director, and being a key team player

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES & HOLIDAY COVER

· Providing support to other departments where required

· Various other office-based tasks and projects (for example, the launch of our YouTube channel)

· Working with the Managing Director on improving systems and workflows to facilitate growth

· Proficient with social media and comfortable shooting video / photos

· Motivated individual, with a positive mindset and 'can do' attitude

· Great communication skills and willingness to learn

· Flexibility to work 1 weekend per month (for a maximum of 5 hours)

· Available to work 4 x weekdays from 9am - 5pm and 1 x weekday 9am - 6pm

· Driver's license and own car (mileage and expenses paid by the firm),
