Job Description

The succesful applicant will assist qualified Electricians in the day to day maintenance outdoors maintaining Glasgow’s street lighting assets and will be based at Gartcraig Roads Depot.

Identifying hazards and assessing risks to planned work, carrying out testing and inspections, replacing lamps and carrying out checks and general maintenance as required.

Working at height will be an essential requirement throughout the period of training. Use of a wide range of power tools and other equipment will also be required.
