Full Job Description
- The creation of products within our e-commerce platform, editing product images and creating impelling copy.
- Ensuring the web product catalogue is up to date and all products are correctly aligned to current campaigns.
- Ensure all on-site advertising, promotions and product merchandising is aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Liaising with buying and merchandising team on new product deliveries, promotions and bi-annual sale.
- Reporting on product centric KPIs to stakeholders and highlighting relevant opportunities to the team.
- Working closely with team & partners to support continuous improvement of Ecommerce channels.
- Supporting the customer service team with daily tasks and resolving product issues highlighted to improve the customer experience.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively and support other teams when required
- Proactive and driven
- Shopify experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- Basic Excel/Photoshop knowledge
- Desire to learn and develop new skills
