Painter and Decorator

We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces. This is a 40 hour per week for 4 months fixed contract with competitive pay and potential for growth within our company. We are a busy 193 bedroom hotel and require an experienced painter & decorator to assist in the upkeep of a high standard hotel., Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
- Fill cracks and holes with putty or other appropriate materials
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colours
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions

Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to drive to different job sites as needed,

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
