If you're a detail-orientated, personable and ambitious Project or Account Manager - ideally with experience of the healthcare sector - we want to hear from you! Denholm are delighted to be working with one of UK's leading agencies in their field, specialising in the creation and delivery of education and e-learning for UK, European and global healthcare brands.

Right now, they are looking for a meticulous and client-focused project or Account Manager to join their welcoming team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency who leads in their field, working with health professionals to provide continuing education and content for their employees and organisations.

As a key member of the client services team, you'll be well organised and have a genuine affinity for people and exceeding client expectations. You'll approach work with a great work ethic and be happy to both slot into ways of working and come up with new ideas and have a passion for the medical sciences/healthcare communications environment. Above all, you'll be a team player.

What you'll be doing:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and presenting new ideas.
  • Working on client proposals and concept presentations.
  • Planning the delivery for range of educational projects and maintaining project documentation.
  • Building e-learning content using a range of available e-learning authoring tools.
  • Working with project team members, including developers and designers, to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Dealing with changes in project requirements and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Communicating project updates to both internal project team members and clients.
  • Researching content, reviewing copy, and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality when delivering content or products to clients.
  • Providing technical support to users and clients for educational online events, webinars, workshops (may involve occasional evening/weekend work which will be reimbursed in lieu)
  • Assisting team members on other educational projects and supporting the business off-site at events when required (may involve occasional evening/weekend work which will be reimbursed in lieu).


Who we're looking for:

  • Experience working in a healthcare agency or similar environment.
  • Ability to think creatively with an unparalleled attention to detail and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience dealing directly with clients and suppliers on various projects.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, on time and to budget.
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present and discuss ideas coherently, verbally and in writing.
  • Good influencing skills with the ability to motivate project team members and build successful relationships at all levels.
  • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to act quickly and decisively when dealing with potential problems, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • High work-ethic and self-motivation and the ability to work on own initiative.
