Scheduling Coordinator

Bellshill

£24,000 to £26,000 DOE

We are successful repairs & maintenance business based in Bellshill, Lanarkshire and we are looking for the next member of our scheduling team.


This Scheduling Coordinator position involves the following tasks:

·      You will have excellent communication skills and will be coordinating our teams of technicians to attend customer homes.

·      Organisational skills will be key to this role; you will be able to work with arranging multiple jobs with various trades teams at once.

·      You will answer customer queries via calls, text and email.

·      Candidates will be required to work with our jobs management system to keep records of all client and team interaction.

·      Your role will be varied and you will play a really important part in the overall team. You will liaise with various departments, depending on the nature of the customer’s job.

·      Manage, monitor and prioritise the daily schedules of field-based Tradespeople; close out jobs daily.

·      Ensure that agreed SLAs to customers are met or exceeded.

·      Providing customers with Trades team arrival times and delays.

You will have the following skills:

·      Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

·      Solid IT skills; including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000/annum DOE, permanent role.

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, business hours.
