Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Amulet for a Security Administrator within our business. Working in the Corporate Security team, we are looking for a Security Administrator to join our well-established team based in Glasgow City centre.

We require the successful candidate to have excellent administration skills and be dedicated to ensuring the client's processes are adhered to, and be happy to work as part of a Team.,

  • You will act as a point of contact for the client along with contractors regarding access control of their estate.

  • You will develop a sound knowledge of the security policies, processes and procedures used to govern and manage the security function.

  • You will be engaging daily with the workforce to create passes and give administration support where appropriate.

  • You will work along side the Team Leader and Operations Manager on a daily basic and assist them where and when possible.

  • You may be asked at times to cover additional duties as reasonably required.

  • You will be 'customer focused' ensuring that there is a professional, polite, and considered response to those who engage with the security team.

    This is a Security based role and a valid SIA License with a minimum of 12months is a requirement to apply for this position, Computer literate

  • Produce, update and deactivate passes as required by the Client

  • Fault reporting

  • Minor fault resolving remotely

  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Security Administrator or similar role

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability at all times

  • Diligent and timely process execution

  • Professional, polite and personable

  • Able to work independently and to timescales

  • Able to collaborate with business functions and staff as required, security: 1 year (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • SIA Door Supervisor (required)

  • First aid at work (preferred)

  • Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months;
