Supporting Positive Paths CIC is looking for our next Service Manager to join our team and help develop our services alongside our existing Service Manager.

ABOUT POSITIVE PATHS
Positive Paths is a Day and Short Break service for individuals with additional support needs and various abilities & disabilities.
Our aim is to provide opportunities for ongoing personal development, encourage goal focused activities and outcomes. Maintain health and well being and socialising with friends.
Our Short Breaks programs provide the opportunity for our members to go on holidays with friends and provide respite to their carers., We are currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to manage the Daily tasks required to support the running of their Onwards Service. This service provides support to members who are 30 + years of age.
The role is working alongside our present service manager to develop and allow the service to grow in addition to managing to daily managers tasks.

Tasks include overseeing all aspects of daily communication, practice and supporting our Staff team in their role. Supervisions, reviews with families monitoring quality assurance and training with the service team and meeting the needs of our members with external professionals as required.

The Position will provide an opportunity for a social care manager to apply their skills into a vibrant new service that is at the early stages of developement.

SVQ 4 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification + LMC
Positive and motivated outlook.
Ability to use initiative and problem solving skills
2 + years experience within the Additional Support Needs (ASN) /Disability field or similar (or studies connected to the field)
2+ years experiences in a Management role
2+ years Supervisory experience
Experience of liaising with other agencies
Motivated and professional approach to supporting individuals with Additional Needs.
