Full Job Description

Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive social media campaigns (both paid and organic).

- Craft a well thought out social media strategy in line with the brand.

- Provide monthly reports to the marketing director, summarising KPIs and suggesting necessary adjustments to the social media strategy.

- Full responsibility for pre and post content production for various social media platforms.

- Supervise and ensure quality control for content curation.

- Oversee and quality check brand content.

- Stay updated with the latest social media and industry trends and technological advancements.

- Set measurable goals for brand awareness, engagement rates, and campaigns.

- Measure and demonstrate ROI.

- Full responsibility for social media responses and copy, ensuring quality.

- Full responsibility for preparing storyboards and production sheets in case of video production.

- Collaborate with other team members for a comprehensive online social media marketing strategy.

- Flexibility in travelling across our seven locations to shoot exciting content (expenses included)

We are expanding our team by taking on a Social Media Campaign Manager. As an organisation we are expanding rapidly and are looking to unlock new client bases throughout the country. We are looking for an experienced and motivated member of the team who will be passionate about expanding our brand., Required:

- Proven track record in managing budgets and campaigns for meta-ads and business suite.

- Proficiency across various social media channels.

- Ability to create engaging and diverse video and graphical content.

- Attention to detail and excellent time management.

- Effective problem-solving abilities.

- Decisive with strong communication skills.

-A portfolio or presentable document highlighting previous experience is required upon application.

- Charismatic, innovative, and passionate.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Team management experience.

- Can manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Preferrable:

- Healthcare or similar industry experience,

  • Meta ads management: 2 years (required)
