Staff Nurse

We are looking for a special person, who is motivated to work within a Care Home environment and although experience within this field is desirable, a genuine interest in working with older people is essential.,

• · Be a qualified nurse with a current MNC PIN


• · Have a great 'bedside manner' and a kind and compassionate nature


• · Have an excellent understanding of regulations and standards expected in a Care Home


• · Be responsible, reliable , enthusiastic and energetic.


• · Have experience working with older people and enjoy it.


• · Be able to lead the care team effectively and with professionalism.


• · Be passionate about provide the high quality of care our residents need to live an independent, and as fulfilled life, as they can.


• · Have a holistic approach to caring for our residents.


• · Complete necessary paperwork to timeously and to a high standard in an organised manner.


• · Work well under pressure and be able to adapt to ever changing situations.


• · Ideally have some staff nurse experience


• · Have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.
  
  £20 an hour - Permanent, We are looking for permanent, nurse to work up to 24 hours from 8am-2.30pm, 2.30pm-9pm or 9pm-8am.


You will be issued with a uniform when you start and yearly there after and can join our pension scheme.
