Full Job Description

  • Keywork a group of clients, supporting them in their recovery and to create person-centred support plans and risk assessments alongside them.

  • Work with colleagues to design and deliver in-house support, including groups and activities.

  • Work alongside and sign-post to relevant external agencies, ensuring that regular reviews are held to support clients.

  • Approach clients with trauma informed practice and empathy and understanding of a range of complex needs and with a harm reduction approach.

  • Ensure open lines of communication with colleagues and management to ensure effective delivery of service.

    William Hunter House is a 37 bed housing support service for people who have experienced homelessness, who wish to engage in recovery from drugs and/or alcohol, and have a need of support with life skills necessary for maintaining a tenancy.
