Full Job Description

This post is based within our Education Directorate. You will be responsible for the delivery of effective teaching services to children and young people attending St John's Primary School.

As part of our Early Years Inclusion Support team, you will support children within the Base with complex needs as they transition from Early Years to Primary 1. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and families to plan and deliver bespoke interventions based on the needs of the child and improve their outcomes. Experience of supporting children with additional needs and knowledge of strategies to support sensory, language and communication needs is desirable.
