Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced and personable Warehouse Deputy Manager to join our client on a permanent basis in Bathgate!
Schedule: Shifts starting at 12pm
Salary: 15.27 per hour
As a Warehouse Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and supervising a team of Logistics Assistants, ensuring they are motivated and working effectively
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
- Assisting with deliveries, picking orders and utilising pallets
- Ensuring targets for your team are met
- Coaching and motivating your team
What we'll need from you:
- Previous experience of performance management and attendance management
- Knowledge and experience of using Manhattan WMS (essential)
- Background in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills
