ELSS is a Support Service based in Coatbridge. We are currently developing bespoke support service to support individuals to live at home within their own community within the Coatbridge and Wishaw area.

Within the role of Team Leader you will be expected to provide individualised and outcome based care to individuals with a complex health care need or learning disability.

Joining our team you will be part of a care and support team who are kind and caring to all. It is essential you bring with you a great work ethic and sense of humour.

Candidates must preferably have the following skills and attributes:

Two years experience within a care setting.
Support and Supervise Support Workers to deliver best practice and meet expected quality standards of care and support.
Support and Supervise the delivery of person centred support.
A knowledge of Electronic Care Planning.
Preferably be a Car Driver
You will provide Personal Care, Washing and Assistance with Dressing, Bathing

or Showering activities.

Meal Prep and Cooking
Carrying out Moving and Handling Tasks
Supporting Individuals with Day to Day tasks
Household Management Tasks and Social Support

SSSC registration is mandatory. Any Position is subject to satisfactory PVG and references.
