Allied Surveyors Scotland has appointed Iain Mercer as Director of Commercial Agency in Edinburgh with a remit to establish the firm’s first commercial agency on the east coast.
He joins from IME Property and has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial property sector.
The office will be based out of the firm’s townhouse on Walker Street.
The move comes shortly after Gary Black was recruited from Graham and Sibbald to head up the Dundee office, while Nigel Forrest was announced as the local Director in St Andrews.
