Real estate consultant GVA has continued its plans for growth in Scotland by making a number appointments and promotions across several of its teams.
Mark Currie, who previously managed one of the UK’s largest corporate real estate portfolios for RBS, has been appointed a Director in the corporate solutions team and will provide property portfolio advice to the firm’s corporate clients.
He has more than 20 years’ corporate real estate and fund management experience and previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield, RBS and Aberdeen Asset Management.
Meanwhile the Scottish business space team is going from strength to strength with three new appointments.
Michael Facenna has been appointed as an Associate in Glasgow, joining from Co-Star Group and will specialise on both landlord and tenant work in the office sector. In Edinburgh, Matthew Moggach will be joining as a Senior Surveyor in May from Ryden.
