It’s our people that make the difference.

We’re always looking for ambitious, motivated people who are ready to join us in making our stores, goods and shopping experience better than ever. Andrew Harvey, Team Manager (Goods Out), tells us what else it takes; “There’s a spark in the person, there’s that extra something. You know, they’re not just there ticking a box and knowing the right answers to all the right questions. There’s something else about them and it’s a part of their personality.”

The variety and the pace that comes with being part of the Lidl family takes dedication and flexibility. Every day is different, and that’s what makes Lidl a fun and dynamic place to be.

“I love working here. It’s a very fast-paced environment, so you can never guess what each day is going to be like.” says Laura Fisher, Selection Assistant Team Manager.

It’s all about teamwork.

Here, we’re less about ‘I’ and more about ‘We’. We know that through teamwork we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. We are all part of a motivated team who value, challenge and support each other, all of us unique but pulling in the same direction.

“You’ve got to be able to get along with your colleagues – we’re all like a big family now.” says Christine Long, Warehouse Operative, Selection.
