Assisting with daily activities, including all aspects of personal care.
Exploring outdoors with boys; walks, parks, swimming, trips to the zoo, trampoline centres, Cafes, McDonalds etc.

A genuine passion for working with individuals with a learning disability and autism.
Be fit and a keen walker and swimmer.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
The ability to adapt to changing needs and behaviours.
Excellent observation skills and ability to problem solve and think creatively.
A full/clean driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this position.
