Administrator

Midlothian - hybrid working (2 days onsite)

12- month FTC

£22,000


Meraki Talent is partnered with a reputable organisation to support them in recruiting an Administrator. This is a full-time opportunity based in Midlothian for 12 months and offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.


This position will offer the successful candidate will be allowed to work within a small team providing administrative support to the wider operations team. You will work on various projects which will provide breadth in your role.

Suitable candidates must have the ability to work accurately, efficiently, and effectively. You must have strong Microsoft Office skills with experience in providing administrative support.


The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the business.


Some of your responsibilities will be to:


• To work closely with managers to deliver excellent outcomes.

• To build relationships with clients and customers

• Maintain back-office systems and records in line with the company policies.


To be successful in this role, you should have:


• Proven experience working as an administrator in an office environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Confident and enthusiastic approach to work

• Full right to work in the UK
