  • Analyse and underwrite renewal business.
  • Provide innovative and creative propositions to suit customer needs.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering the highest quality service.
  • Communicate and build meaningful relationships with distribution partners.
  • Take ownership of workload and support colleagues to deliver collective workload.
  • Interact with brokers and intermediaries daily.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure profitable risks are taken in line with company strategy.
  • Deliver quality and timely solutions for customers.

    We are seeking an individual to join our team of experienced Underwriters who is passionate about our customers. You will drive every decision and action with the goal of providing innovative and creative propositions that cater to our customer's needs. We take pride in going above and beyond, aiming to surpass all expectations and deliver the highest quality service that distinguishes us from our competitors., Willingness to learn, develop, and be part of a team.
  • Underwriting experience (especially with Property and Casualty) is a plus, but not required, as we are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.
