Bottling Hall Operative- Back Shift

Connect Appointments have exciting opportunities for a reliable individual to join our premium production and manufacturing client, in Broxburn, West Lothian.

• Back Shift: Monday to Thursday - 2pm to 12am @ 11.53 p/h, rising to 13.37 after six weeks

Working as a Bottling Hall Operative, your duties and responsibilities will included, but not limited to:

• Operating filling equipment following relevant procedures and SOPs
• Leading machine product changeovers
• Ensure that all bottles are produced to customer and legal specifications
• Ensuring relevant quality documentation is completed in accordance with company standards.
• Strive to continuously improve existing working practices and documentation.
• Ensure all materials and machine components are handled with respect and reconciled.
• Ensure machine and working areas are kept well maintained and clean.
• Assist and support colleagues as required

To be successful within this bottling hall position, you will ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing, production or other similar environment. Combined with:

• Previous experience with labelling machines
• Strong team working skills
• A willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of computer software
• A good attitude to work
