Cafe & Bar Assistant - Seasonal Fixed Term

Are you passionate about great service and making people smile? We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our Winter Garden team as Seasonal Café/Bar Assistants. You'll work in our vibrant Winter Garden café and bar, serving delicious food, expertly crafted drinks, and providing outstanding service to our guests. Whether it's preparing a latte, serving a local ale, or ensuring the tables are spotless, you'll play a vital part in creating memorable experiences. Immediate start available. Fixed term contracts available between now and the 6th of January. Working hours between 9am-7pm, we're looking for people who want to work between 4-5 days per week over this period. Permanent positions will be available for interested and successful candidates. What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting and serving customers with a smile.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages, including barista-style coffee and alcoholic drinks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café and bar areas.
• Assisting with restocking and ensuring displays look great.
• Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  
  A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential - we'll provide training.
