Job Description

Campus Management Assistant (Fixed Term until 17 August 2025) - PKC11974
£8,608 - £9,096 (13 Hours per week)
Loch Leven Community Campus, Kinross

Loch Leven Community Campus is a hub for public services in Kinross and the surrounding area.  As a Campus Management Assistant, you will provide business support services for campus activities, and support the work of Kinross High School.

This is a fast paced and varied role, but is rewarding, as your work supports the young people who attend the school and our campus users.

As a member of the Business Support Team you will be involved in a variety of clerical tasks, working often to tight deadlines.  You will also use dedicated systems to input and manage data.

You will act as the front-line contact, providing customer services for campus users and Kinross High School.  Your duties will include maintaining school records, campus bookings, teacher and management support, financial transactions and communication.

You will be joining a dedicated and experienced team and training will be provided.

The campus operates from 8am until 10pm weekdays and from 8am to 5pm on weekends and this role requires flexibility to cover the full range of opening hours.

Applications for less than the contracted hours advertised would be considered as well as applications from candidates who would prefer to work evenings and weekends.

The Individual

As our successful candidate you will be a team player who can also work using their own initiative. You should have a positive 'can-do' attitude, with great organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise your workload.

You should have experience in the use of Microsoft Office 365.

Previous experience of working in an office environment is preferred.

If you would like any more information regarding this vacancy, please contact Lynne Prentice, Business Manager on .

When completing your application for this post, please ensure that you provide contact details (including e-mail addresses) for two referees.  One should be your current or most recent employer.

Please APPLY ONLINE.  Facilities are available at all public libraries in Perth and Kinross.  If you have a disability and require reasonable adjustments, please call to discuss.

As part of our safer recruitment measures, any offer of employment will be subject to the successful completion of mandatory checks including eligibility to work in the UK, Disclosure Scotland or PVG, qualifications, references, and fitness to undertake the post.  This may also include an Overseas Criminal Records Check if you have spent time living overseas.
