About the Role:

Part of a local team undertaking high standard Caretaking works to Schools, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards.

Ensure cleaning, repairs and maintenance are undertaken in accordance with agreed protocols & time frames.

You will be responsible for cleaning buildings and surrounding grounds, you will clean facilities in accordance with the client specification, which include but not limited to cleaning of site communal areas, void clearance, and public walkways. The suitable candidate will also check and lock the building at the end of their shift.

Role Criteria:

* Opening and securing the building.
* Maintaining the building to a high standard
* Security of the building
* Dealing with contractors, making sure they are inducted including signing permits to work etc
* Dealing with daily tasks on a PDA and carrying out weekly/monthly PPMs
* Health and Safety
