• Collaborate with colleagues to extract analyse, and interpret claims data, turning raw information into clear insights.
• Build and deliver engaging client reports, including data visualisations, trend analysis and key metrics.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality reporting.
• Use tools such as Excel and Power BI to refine data and deliver custom analytics solutions.
• Present insights to both internal teams and external clients in a clear, concise manner.

• Strong analytical approach with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficient in Excel including functions, pivot tables and data cleansing.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI) to build engaging and insightful dashboards.
• Meticulous, proactive, and organised with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Hands on experience of working with both internal and external data
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access Database).
